We got our books and were getting started! 1st step is to familiarize ourselves with the curriculum and decide which lesson to start with for each subject. It's a little tricky because they don't all follow the same format, so we may have to jump around in the books to make sure and cover everything that is required for 7th grade.
Today is a travel day. We will be spending some time in Greenfield catching up with family members while Doug is in Poland. Evan is excited to see his mom's side of the family.
Evan spent his car time reading his "Brain's Return" book and playing on the Internet. Although we did a lot of different learning activities both in and out of the, "classroom" this week, we will double up on his lessons next week to make up for any missed work.
